Anything you export from Flowity is governed by the Flowity License, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these terms and the Flowity License conflict with respect to exported files, the Flowity License governs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
